Buying property in Italy as a foreigner means navigating a notary system, a tax code, and — increasingly — a residency decision, usually through a different advisor for each.
We exist to remove this complexity, not by simplifying the process, but by removing the seams: one independent team, working only for you, handling the legal, technical, and (where relevant) tax and residency dimensions of the purchase together.
OUR STORY
Marri & Partners was founded by Edoardo Nucera Marri as a spin-off of Immobiliare Marri, a family business with decades of experience in Italian and international real estate transactions.
With a law degree and experience as a tax consultant at Ernst & Young, Edoardo saw an opportunity to combine his professional training with his family's real estate expertise — creating an integrated advisory service for foreign buyers purchasing property in Italy, spanning property sourcing, tax and residency analysis, and the purchase itself.
